Yummy Thattukada was founded with a single, heartfelt mission — to bring the authentic, uncompromising taste of Kerala street food to the Malayali community and food lovers of Kuwait.
We grew up eating from thattukadas — those beloved roadside stalls where food was made fresh, cooked over open flames, and served on banana leaves with a generous spirit. That experience shaped everything we do.
Since opening our doors in 2025 at Jaleeb Al Shuyoukh, we've served thousands of guests who've come back not just for the food, but for the feeling — the warmth, the aroma, the reminder of home.
Every dish is prepared following traditional Kerala recipes — the same ones passed down through generations of home cooks.
